Applications Consultant (San Ramon, CA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY)
The Applications Consultant works closely with Prodiance customers and prospects to identify business requirements, manage and execute implementations, and deliver training to ensure customer success. The ideal candidate has a strong technical aptitude and project leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients in defining, gathering and documenting business requirements
- Assist users in installing and implementing features and functionality within their Prodiance solution
- Serve as project manager for Prodiance software implementations
- Train clients on the use of Prodiance software
- Identify opportunities to expand within assigned accounts
- Serve as technical liaison to the development team at Prodiance
- Work with the development team to test and deliver Prodiance solutions to its clients
- Support pre-sales activities, including customer demonstrations
- 50-75% travel, including some international travel
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience delivering enterprise software consulting services
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Solid background in project management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Windows 2003 and IIS administration
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SharePoint technologies
- Basic SQL, ASP.NET and C# programming skills a plus

Applications Engineer (San Ramon, CA)
The Applications Engineer is passionate about being an integral part of a team that strives for the highest quality software products. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of application review, analysis, trouble shooting, and testing. This includes reviewing requirements and specifications, test planning, design and code analysis, and execution of plans.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in software design, analysis, and testing with a focus on enterprise-class, desktop and web applications.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing, SQL Server and Oracle databases and programming languages C# and VB.
- BS in Computer Science.
