C# / Silverlight Developer (Pleasanton, CA)
Prodiance Corporation is seeking a senior C# / Silverlight developer with strong design, coding, debugging, and communication skills. Must have 5+ years of development background with most recent experience in C# 3.5, WPF, WCF, WWF, Silverlight 3.0, Visual Studio 2008, Blend and object-oriented programming for multi-threaded applications. Will be responsible for the development of a rich web-based and service-oriented application with n-tier architecture - this application will have both server and client components. Must have experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise-level software development environment and be an assertive, confident, self-starter with leadership skills who can contribute to the team immediately. Looking for someone who has a desire to develop cutting edge applications on the Microsoft platform. Education is important to Prodiance, so a BS degree is required in a related field - Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar.
Customer Solutions Manager (London, San Francisco, New York, Chicago)
Prodiance Customer Solutions Managers work closely with Prodiance customers and prospects to identify business requirements, manage and execute implementations, and deliver training to ensure customer success. The ideal candidate has a strong project management skills and solid technical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients in defining, gathering and documenting business requirements
- Assist customers in installing and implementing features and functionality within their Prodiance solution
- Manage all aspects of customer implementations
- Train clients on the use of Prodiance software
- Identify opportunities to expand within assigned accounts
- Provide ongoing support to clients as a member of the Prodiance customer care team
- Serves as technical liaison to the development team at Prodiance
- Work with the development team to test and deliver Prodiance solutions to its clients
- Support pre-sales activities, including customer demonstrations
- 40-60% travel, including some international travel
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience delivering enterprise software consulting services
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Solid background in project management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Windows 2003 and IIS administration
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SharePoint technologies
- SQL, ASP.NET and C# programming strongly encouraged
- Finance, tax, or accounting background recommended
- BA or BS degree required (BS in Computer Science or equivalent a plus)
