Prodiance Appoints Veteran Mark Mullins as Chief Technology Officer
Seasoned Executive to Help Fuel Prodiance’s Continued Growth and Technology Innovation
San Ramon , Calif. – June 27, 2006 – Prodiance Corporation, a world leader in delivering comprehensive business solutions for improving compliance with today’s corporate, regulatory and legal mandates, today announced the appointment of Mark Mullins as vice president of engineering and chief technology officer. In his dual role, Mark will lead product development at Prodiance while driving innovation using the latest software technologies and industry standards.
Mark joins Prodiance from Agilent Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: A), where he served as director of technology and helped spearhead the development of market leading data management and regulatory compliance solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Prior to Agilent Technologies, Mark served over 10 years as vice president of technology for Scientific Software. He also held senior management and engineering positions at Varian Oncology Systems, Perinatal Health, and 3Net Systems.
